M-jewelry U50 touchscreen error

After a long time i wanted to use my u50 printer too. I bought them trough kickstarter and never used it till today. The u30 works fine the hole time.

But after I turn the Power on, the Touchscreen from u50 is not reaction or offcalibration. is there a way to Calibrate it again or do I need a new touchscreen. I never used it, I do not know if it still supported by
guarantee.

the first Icon works well. but with every icon to the right the touchscreen react worser… The last Icon will not be regnocited, even the backarrow not

I think there is to much pressure on the bracket holding the touchscreen in place on the inside. I needed to replace my touchscreen some time ago when resin that I spilled ruined it. I got a replacement. When I assemble it I applied to much pressure on the screen with the brackets that hold it in place. Please test yours by taking them out or changing the postal bit. If there’s to much pressure you can sand them down a bit.

after cleaning with special detergents for fat it works now.
maybe there was a smear layer left from the protecfoil .
